Accommodating, superfriendly people working here. An electric kettle, a mini bar fridge, and an air conditioning in the room, gorgeous location. Welcoming customer service, including tasty breakfasts with cheese and asian crusins too, for instance.

the hotel has a good location right in front of a bus stop. the building is nice and the rooms are reasonably large. 3. the bathroom is enjoyable with a large bathtub. 4. the breakfast options include tasty cheese, Asian cuisines, and waffles.

Location: the hotel was just off GYEONGBOKGUNG PALACE, DEOKSUGUNG PALACE, CHEONGGYECHEON STREAM, NAMDAEMUN MARKET, and MYEONGDONG and many important sightseeing spots. Dined at Xingkai, it was at walking distance from the venue;)))

The staff are particularly helpful and keep the place clean. It has well-organized and brand-new rooms with a double bed and a beautiful view. - the hotel is in a fantastic and perfect location. - Jung-Gu district is worth seeing. - There is a good attached restaurant.

Poor air conditioning: no temperature control in the room Room temperature was approx. 30ºC when I arrived. Air conditioner could only blow very hot air into the room, guests can only vary the ventilation speed. Cooling down only through narrow slits below the windows: what energy inefficiency that I only experienced in Russia before!

The rooms here are spacious and well-organized, making you feel comfortable and at home. 🛏️ Plus, the American breakfast they serve has a wide variety of dishes to choose from. the location is superb, especially if you're headed to the ICN airport.

Had a really good stay in this stylish hotel. The staff were caring. Location was stunning, close to the big shopping areas. The room was full-size. Enjoyed that it was complete with comfortable beds. Good breakfast.

Location - walking distance to almost all of the places to visit. KAL limo dropped off and picked up outside. Staff were extremely helpful especially in chasing up a delayed suitcase. This was especially useful as the case belonged to my son who is autistic and found the loss extremely stressful! Lovely large and very clean rooms (we were upgraded). Tea/coffee making facilities in room, a fridge, well equiped bathroom, good views and tasty sweets! I had reserved a room planning to make use of the KAL stopover package, but when this hotel was then not available through this package I am glad we kept this booking.
